Rotherham United vs Blackburn Rovers Match Preview

Blackburn Rovers start 2018 with a tough trip to Rotherham United who are on fire. This will be both Blackburn and Rotherham’s 2nd match within 48 hours.

Blackburn come into the match on the back of 2-2 result against 4th place Scunthorpe United. Rovers had to rely on the goalscoring form of Danny Graham as he bagged both goals.

The match against Rotherham will conclude the mad footballing period, and we hope Rovers can start 2018 with a victory and hope to close in on the top 2 spots.

Rovers end 2017 with a 4 goal thriller… but only take home a point. Rovers vs Scunny Review

Blackburn Rovers ended 2017 with a home match against Scunthorpe United in a top 4 league one clash.

Despite Rovers unbeaten run, they could not end the year with a win at Ewood Park and had to settle for a share of the points with 4th place Scunthorpe.

Danny Graham was the hero for Rovers as he scored both goals for Blackburn, however Scunthorpe equalized on both occasions. Rovers defensive blunders cost them all 3 points, however they need to dust themselves off and go again as they take on Rotherham United in less than 48 hours.

Hear the thoughts from Tony and supporters like me.

Blackburn Rovers are back once again at Ewood Park this time taking on fellow promotion hopefuls Scunthorpe United.

Both these sides come into this match in a similar run of form, and find themselves within the top 4 of league one. Blackburn (3rd) will hope to continue where they left off against Rochdale on Boxing day after picking up a valuable 2-0 win. Scunthorpe United (4th) looking for back to back away wins, after picking up 3 points against Blackpool on the 26th December.

Hear the thoughts from Tony and of course a prediction from our lovelly Cass the Cat.

Back to Winning Ways – Blackburn v Rochdale (2-0) Review

Blackburn Rovers picking up all three points after a scrappy 2-0 win at Ewood Park.

Rovers bagging the victory thanks to a scruffy goal which has been credited to Bradley Dack. Charlie Mulgrew made sure of the points after successfully scoring from the penalty spot before half time.

It was not the most impressive performance from Blackburn, in fact you could say Rochdale were the better side. The win keep Blackburn in the mix for the top 2 spots, and close in on Shrewsbury to one point.

Here the opinions of fans, players, staff and me.

Next up Scunthorpe United at home
